image This commission was to perform an Exterior detail on a Ferrari 458 Spyder. The car was initially rinsed down to remove all dust and loose surface contamination .We then degreased the arches, tyres, diffusers ,sills etc.Once this was rinsed down we attended to the road wheels using Parc Ferme wheel cleaner and Parc Ferme soft wheel brushes.Once this was completed, we degreased the shuts, badges, air intakes etc using a Parc Ferme wet detail brush and degreaser. Another rinse was carried out prior to a 5 stage hand wash with our shampoo and natural wool mitts. After the final rinse the car was dried using powerful hot air to remove water from the bodywork , wheels, etc and to expel any water from all traps. The paintwork was then assessed for any blemishes etc, we then performed a 2 stage clay bar process using Parc Ferme graded clay bars to remove all bonded surface contaminates from the bodywork, glass, wheels, and carbon fibre components. Once completed the surface was wiped down using IPA. We then applied Parc Ferme paint surface cleaner prior to adding our Silverstone Wax which is hand applied. The tyres, arches etc were dressed using our tyre dressing. All of the glass surface was cleaned down using our fast glass cleaner. Finally the exterior detail was carried out using Parc Ferme finishing spray, using Parc Ferme fine detailing brushes on all badges, shuts etc. The paintwork was treated to a final spritz of finishing spray, and the wheels given a protective coating with Parc Ferme wheel protectant prior to client handover.
