Client support

Parc Ferme can offer our clients a collection and delivery service within a radius of our facility. We also operate a service where the client can leave their vehicle at our facility and we will deliver the client back to an agreed address, and pick up the client when the commission is finished.

We also operate a client satisfaction service where an allocated member of staff visits our clients and carries out quality checks and customer satisfaction.

Clients can also enter into our 'Concierge Programme' , where we detail the vehicle with Zymol Royale wax, supply a car cover or bubble, a trickle charger, and maintain the vehicle on an agreed time scale which is bespoke to the individual client with Zymol top ups and road valets as required.
